The Datai, Langkawi is located on the Northwest Tip of Langkawi Island off the coast of Malaysia. The resort oversees the Datai Bay on one side and Matcincang Forest Reserve on the other, which is about a 50 minute drive from Langkawi Jetty, and a 40 minute drive from Langkawi Airport. This resort lets its guest get away from the busking city and into the heart of nature.
Set against a wilderness backdrop of primordial mountains, the pristine 10-million-year-old rainforest is home to a wealth of flora and fauna, you may well spot Dusky Langurs, Tokay Geckos and Sunda Colugos during your stay. The resort's private footpath leads to the dreamy Datai Bay's idyllic white-sand beach, one of the Top 10 Beaches worldwide as listed by National Geographic.
There's even nature experiences provided by the resort to let the guests to embrace themselves in nature.
